"IF YOU PRAY, DON'T WORRY! IF YOU WORRY, DON'T PRAY!"

 When we PRAY, we're asking God to TAKE OVER, allowing HIS WILL to be done and REFUSING to worry! HOWEVER, when we WORRY, we're telling God that we DON'T trust that He CAN & WILL see us through and that our CONFIDENCE lies solely in our LIMITED capabilities! Therefore, we tie God hands with DOUBT, which in turn, IMPEDES our blessings. Because James 1:6-8 tells us that doubt means we LACK faith and that we SHOULDN'T expect anything from the Lord due to double-mindedness and instability!

Be careful (troubled, anxious, worried) for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. [7] And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
