Be not so concerned with where you want to go and where you have been, to the point of forgetting WHERE YOU ARE NOW! Everything has a purpose and an expected end! God doesn't care WHAT you are! He cares about WHO you are! And He doesn't care about WHAT you've done! He cares about WHAT you're doing! There's NO ONE like you and NO ONE who can do what YOU do! God has ALREADY given us all the tools we need to be great. . He's just waiting on us to START using them! However we mustn't get discouraged by the success of others or the need for INSTANT gratification!
