Tomorrow, if the Lord's willing, will be 2015, and for most, we've already made New Year's resolutions. BUT have we've thanked God for what He's ALREADY DONE, DOING & AND GOING TO DO?! God blesses us OFTEN without us even recognizing it. Be it an accident we've avoided or a sickness or death He prevented from occurring, it ALL warrants praise! He gives us 86,400 seconds a day and STILL can't thank Him with one! But yet we feel that's what God is SUPPOSE to do. NEVER thinking where we would be If He hadn't! We MUST give thanks IN and FOR EVERYTHING! Even if it's hard to do so at the very moment.

 When we PRAY, we're asking God to TAKE OVER, allowing HIS WILL to be done and REFUSING to worry! HOWEVER, when we WORRY, we're telling God that we DON'T trust that He CAN & WILL see us through and that our CONFIDENCE lies solely in our LIMITED capabilities! Therefore, we tie God hands with DOUBT, which in turn, IMPEDES our blessings. Because James 1:6-8 tells us that doubt means we LACK faith and that we SHOULDN'T expect anything from the Lord due to double-mindedness and instability!

 It's EASY to be upset with those we feel have wronged us. But it's HARDER to FORGIVE, let alone, BE NICE to them! HOWEVER, as a CHRISTIAN, we MUST EXHIBIT, EMIT & EXUDE LOVE and FORGIVE WHILE IT STILL HURTS! Despite how WE feel! DON'T hate the PERSON, but hate the ENEMY within the person! BUT we mustn't let our hatred for the enemy OVERCOME us and become a gateway to our souls deterioration, due to the lack of LOVE! Because ONLY LOVE conquers hate, despite WHO or WHAT we hate!

  Even if the enemy try to discourage us by placing all sorts of road blocks in our path. Also, when God reveal to us a path He wants us to take, BUT hadn't told us to move. We MUST still KEEP the faith, DON'T give up and DON'T step ahead of God! We must be in position to receive what God has for us despite how things appear. Nor should we prematurely move out of place due eagerness of a revelation!

 How can one DOUBT what they've been shown..... over and over and over again?! God has ALWAYS been there.... making a way and answering prayers, even if they were NEVER spoken! Who wouldn't serve and BELIEVE in a God like that?! We tie God's hands when we doubt. Hence WE hinder our own blessings! We must simply CALL on HIM and LET Him do the rest!

We must allow God to place them into their rightful place and STOP trying to reorganize HIS will!

 We tend to put our guard down once we've overcome a trial, foolishly thinking we have time to rest and prepare for the NEXT one! The devil doesn't give you a warning nor does he play fair. His most successful tool is the blitz attack. Because if he can keep you off guard and constantly fighting, you could allow your faith to diminish and ultimately destroy YOURSELF! However, this CAN be countered by STAYING prayed up, STAYING in the Word and KEEPING on the FULL armor of God!

And if allowed to last overnight, it can be permanently imprinted, while giving the devil free range for infiltration of sin! We MUST choose to STAY saved and rebuke him at FIRST sight, no matter how small!

"LEARN HOW TO PRAY."

 Sincere prayer IS NOT vain repetition of words or boastful shouts on rooftops! It's an intimate conversation with God..... PERIOD! He wants to hear from us. And if we allow His Holy Spirit to intervene & interpret what we NEED to say, our prayers become more powerful & effective! YES, He knows ALL our needs, BUT through prayer our relationship with God is built! However, prayer isn't an opportunity to list our demands! God ISN'T our genie and we mustn't get upset when our wish isn't granted. Remember, DELAY is not DENIAL and we must TRUST that God has our BEST interest at heart.

  Often we tell God to CLEAN THIS HOUSE, but we REALLY only want Him to clean the publicly accessible areas such as the garage, living room and kitchen.  The devil LOVES to crowd our minds with unnecessary distractions! Because any amount of time we spend on other things means less time we're spending with God. Which in turn, limits our ability to HEAR God or even SEE His next move for us. We must DAILY clear our minds of ANYTHING that's NOT of God and continue to WATCH as well as PRAY! Remembering to ALWAYS stay mindful of the big picture God is showing us and letting GOD worry about the details!
